Video of some of the fountains from the viewing
area off of the Devastation Trail side of Crater Rim Drive. This was
taken a few minutes before a couple of panicing park rangers closed the
area and hustled us out of there.
Video taken 90 minutes later from near Jagger
Museum on the other side of caldera. The leftmost two fountains were
just below where we had been in the earlier video, so perhaps the panic
wasn't wholly unjustified.
Video a wider view of more of the caldera from
the same location. I should have brought a wider angle lens, but
normally you aren't close enough to something this large to warrant
it!
